that last pic, looks like something I atempted with my stock XJ...she actualy went through...and mud...mud everywhere...the firewall was covered with mud..mud ontop and on the underside of the hood even..wowza me need lift.

hey thanks, just got back from the www.trjc.com illini 4x4 safari in Pittsfield IL, Despite the cloudy skies and intermittent rain, this was one of the best events yet. Judging from the smiles on people's faces and the $410 donated to the Christmas Food Basket program (bid for a bag of manure), people had a great time. The generosity of the over 400 people who attended netted $3620 for the Mississippi Valley Church Group. When we add to that the money paid to the American Legion for food (which they in turn also give to charity) we have directly or indirectly donated over $20,000 back to the community! Wow!

There is a new place to ride opening up down there too. www.rockportoffroadpark.com

yep...the ruts are real deep, I was going thru the mud pit in the normal direction and decided to go the other way to see what would happen, couldn't get enough of a bump to pop out...
