So I am out jeeping this last weekend, and I was just playing around on easy small trails nothing really hard but I finaly got up to a trail at I needed to turn on the ARB locker in the front diff... when I flipped the switch to turn on the air compressor nothing happened.... I got out and check the the pump and everything and found the the fuss was blown so I replaced it and everything worked the way it should for the rest of the day. This morning I was just checking to see it the air compressor was working and again I found the fuss is blown :x I traced all the wires and the system is hooked up correctly and there are no bare wires or any thing that I can find... I just can't find out why the fuss for the Air compressor is blowing? :x :( :x

Could it be that your compressor is going bad & or maybe moisture from the morning etc. is getting to it?

you sure the fuse is the right one? I had the intirior one blowing every 5 minutes on me, untill I checked it, the last owner was a twit and put in the wrong wattage fuse..

As for the fuss I checked to see if I have the right size the manual calls for a 30 and that is what I am using... I was thinking about building a box to go around the compressor so that I can use a filter and protect it from water that may splash up when I am out wheeling so maybe that will help for morning condensation or road spray. I was also wandering if I may have gotten something up in the relay I have ordered a new relay and I am going to protect it better after I replace it.
