I Can't Post A Pic

I put and all that comes up is the red X Grrrrr!
The pic is on the web and others have taken pics from this site and it worked for them in the test room. So for some reason it wont work from my puter.
Is there another way to get a pic up?
I have tried as a reply in posts, as a signature and the new custom avtar.
Any sugestions? Thanks

this what you want?
go to the pic on the MSN site, right click the pic, go to the address part, right click it, select all, then copy it (there is more text there than is visible, so you have to "select all", or it wont work) and you now have the pic address.
