I need a title!

I'm looking at a cj5 that doesn't have a title.And I would like to run it on the road.So my question is,how do I go about getting one?Can I get the tags and title off another cj5 and put them on?If so, does anyone have the tags and title for sale?

It depends on your state. Some just require you to file for a salvage title, some require vin numbers and such. Best bet would be to call your local vehicle registration office.
