You guys are funny. My Jeep doesn't want jack squat, it's only a big hunk of sheet metal, gears, cables, wiring, and tires. It has no feelings. What does it NEED is quite different. It needs :4wd fixed, new leaf springs, new drivers side floor panel, fix the rust on the exterior, new wiper blades, new winshield rubber, new radiator, etc. Sigh, the list never ends.

Safari Snorkel.
You know, if you pretend that you don't know English... and then say the word snorkel... It's actually a pretty funny word.
But seriously, you really have to try not to know any English first.

It's called a creeper.
NHRA "creeper drags" are hilarious. Some chapters still know about the tradition that when one member challenges another in their mechanical prowess, they hafta build something that's got an engine on it that they can race. Some of the older guys (who've been members since the 70's) remember that they pulled off "creeper drags"
Sometimes it's not a creeper though, sometimes it's a bathtub or a barbecue grill, just a theme that they use for a race vehicle.
One member challenges another or two guys are appointed by a head member to race each other.
Two guys facing off with 1/4 HP engines on creepers is soo goddamned funny. Some of these jokers flame-job their creepers and custom-bend steering systems for their front ends. Some of these guys take their creepers to shows and putter around or do impromptu drags right between the rows of show cars. I laughed so hard that I cried the first time I saw one. These old guys running around carrying modified creepers and gas cans trying to surprise people with a drag.

ya I want this green creeper like what my dad has. they rock I would love to see a tim allen special creeper that would be funny.
My woman got me something heavey and it's under the tree she messed up her back trying to carry it into the house and wrap it and all. I'm stoked. still not sure what it is and I'm not going to peak either. it's the only think I'm getting from her this year. just got a house so were dirt poor right now.

She got you a bar of pig-iron. You can make any Jeep part you want with that, a LOT of initiative...
.... and a full-functioning forge and machine shop.

I got my compressor already, wife wouldn't let me install it yet though. She wanted to friggin wrap it first! I was the one who ordered it and she's the one who says it's a present from her! LOL, I love the woman dearly, but she doesn't make a bit of sense some times. I can appreciate the fact that I had something under the tree, but.... oh, well, she did let me buy it, didn't she?

LOL, there's no way I could have... we even got our order confirmation via email, and she sees that before I do. I guess she just wanted me to have something under the tree. She wanted me to get something for my rig, but knows nothing about mechanics or exactly what I'd want. I kinda like to think of it as a gift certificate that does all the work for me.
At any rate, I just told her how much I appreciated it and I honestly do. We're kinda tight for money and she does the bills for me, so her setting aside enough cash for a gift like that... damn, I've got a good woman.
