I have posted some stuff. I am not that shy, really. I may not post quite as much as you two but I am new at this forum thing. This is the first one I became a member to. Just the other day I joined JU also. jdogg4, I am still scrambler013 over there. I pop on and off all day long(sucks being unemployed). Besides today is 55 degrees in Erie, so I have been out working on the Jeeps. Got those damn boxing gloves off of my TJ bumper finally.

unemployed sorry to hear that. big company layoff. I almost got it well I did get it about a year ago. I work for a big big company that outsourced my job, but I got on with the company that took over my job. I took a 4 dollar paycut. I had to do something tech jobs in CO are far and few now a days.

Yea, I wasn't laid off. I injured my back pretty bad. I have been off for 3 months now and am finally getting better. I can still do some stuff on my Jeeps but not a whole lot. This forum has helped pass the time and keep my sanity. :D I wish 4WD was hiring, I wouldn't mind that.

You can always come into the showroom and fill out an application. I don't do the hiring but I can always put a good word in for anyone ;)

It's not that I'm unsocialable, I just work the graveyard shift 6-8 months out of the year. Not too many folks on the board at 8 in the morning. I'll check in again around 8 pm before taking off to go to work. My "Honey-Do" list keeps me pretty bizzy, so I visit the board when I can.

I am on and off the BB most of the day. I work so I'm on when the boss is in a meeting or at lunch and when she's around I do a little work. With the Christmas season I have been to busy shopping and I am making a quilt for my future future mother in law. Once people catch on It will get busy in here I am sure of that. Just give it some time. Keep posting and keep it active they will join in soon enough!! :D

Well Mud Girl, I don't think it's the number of members that's the problem. If you look at some fo the posts, there are like 500 views with only 20 posts. I know we can't be the only 5 or 10 people with an opinion.
Come on, someone come up with a Hot topic, that might get eveyone going.

I usually drop in around nine o'clock at night when I get home. Sometimes I will spend hours in here, lose track of time and go to sleep in the chair. Wife wakes me up, I shuffle off to bed and dream of wheeling.
I have a 1997 TJ in Tennesse (at mother-in-laws haouse) and I have a just-above stock 1996 XJ here in Michigan. I am in full-time service with the Army (have been for nine years). I'm an Infantryman, as well as a few other things. Soon after this assignment I will be going to Korea for a one-year hardship tour, can't take my wife with me. I volunteered, no I am not crazy, it's simply what I do for a living. I have wheeled barely-running Landcruisers in Tanzania, Kenya and Zanzibar. I have done snow runs in HIGHLY modified Humvees in Iceland, beautiful contry BTW. I have gotten stuck in sand everywhere from the Sinai Penninsula all the way to Qatar. I spend most of my time in deepest-darkest Louisiana and the Mojave though.

By the way, you haven't REALLY gone four-wheeling until you do it with night vision goggles on.

I have gone wheeling at night (hit a tree though...that's a story for another day) but I have never worn the night vision goggles. Sounds interesting though.
