Hi,

As a newbie myself, I find that I get lost in a lot of the jargon that is used on this board. I enjoy, I just don't understand all of it. Soooo, I ordered a few books to help.

The one I am reading at the moment is JEEP 4X4 Performance Handbook. It is very helpful and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to understand all aspects of building up your jeep.

Hope this helps some of you...

If any jagon we use becomes too confusing for you or if we throw an acronym out that you don't know, ket us know and we can bring you up to speed. Sometimes the jargon for one area of the country is totally different for another location just a ways up the road.

Yeah, if I really needed to understand something specific that was said here I would ask. I am just saying if someone like myself would like to gain a better understanding this book is a good read. I also ordered the JEEP owners Bible but haven't read it yet so cannot offer an opinion.

But also understand, reading about jeeps before bed time gives me some awesome dreams. :x . .75x35 tires on a 25"lift going up Pikes Peak, naked (should've left that part out).
