Finally!!! Sorry it's taken so long but here is the waiver/release and registration form for the Meet and Greet. It is in a pdf format and may take a while to load b/c it has a background image. If you are coming to the meet and greet, please print this up and mail it back to my attention: Kelly Young. If you have any questions or anything like that, pm me or post it. Please try to have them mailed back to me by June 25th so I can get the t-shirts ordered and the goody bags organized. Thanks!
