Catalytic Converter Bypass Pipe

Anyone know where a cat bypass pipe can be obtained for a YJ ?

I would like to eliminate the converter.

find a buddy at a shop to just chop that thing off, if not do it yourself

Goat is givin ya the skinny :) You'll need a length of 2¼" pipe to span the x-fer case skid plate, 2 exhaust clamps (or a welder) and a sawzall/jigsaw/hacksaw. You can get the pipe at any shop that does exhaust work (or ask to rifle through their scrap bin), an auto parts store will have the clamps.

Figured that's what I would have to do.
I may cut it out this weekend.

After installing a Weber carb I disconnected all the pollution stuff and being there is no air going to the cat now I figure it's pretty much shot anyway.
