Bill, so were you able to actually add the sirius kit to your (REQ) 6 disc radio? or you you were told it will work. my dealer said there is nothing out there, but it sure seems that the kit is for real.
please let me know...thanks

check the back of your radio. If there are 2 jacks on the back, it has the module and all you need is the anntenna kit, pull the # and activate it. the kit is for real, as I have picked it up. some of the radios did not have the sat rad module, even though they say they did. mine did, so I am stylin!!

Thanks, what i figured out is if eve though I have the REQ radio, if it does not have the "SAT" button under the "AM/FM" button, then i cant add it as the radio has no input for Sirius.
I'll just have to keep an eye out for a REQ radio withe SAT button to swap.

I know it is deceiving, if there is no "SAT" button, then there is no way to tune my REQ radio to the Sirius. Some REQ radios are coming with and without that button. If it doesn't, then no way to add, but if it does, then you can add it.
jeez, at least that is what i am hearing.
