you weren't posing in the mud, you were posing with mud on your jeep. i can't talk since i'm posing on jack stands. as soon as i close on the house i'm getting the locker and some mud tires. that should be next week. i'll call you when i get it so you can come over. madison would love to have abbie and taylor over again to. that top bolt again huh...

How Long? Looks Great!!!

ha ha, answering that a certain way would get me finally banned. i worked on it off and on for under a year. if i'd worked on it straight through, it would have taken about two months.

will do. the more the merrier. we did steves a couple weeks ago. the worst problem was i was out of beer at the time. after the install we went out and even just going over some railroad tracks i knew i had to have one. had to have a locker that is, not a beer. but steve taught me a valuable lesson in leaving the TOP BOLT in while draining the diff and then not forgetting to put it back in :damnit:

inside joke. had to be there.

looks awesome. hopefully i can get some pics on here soon. yours was in a little better shape to start off with than mine is right now. mine has a pretty bad body with a few rust holes. hopefully i can get it back from my buddy's house this weekend or next and get started on the teardown.

revive the ancient thread time. i've had this winch for about 4 years now, have gone though four bumpers and i finally got around to putting the winch on. looks a little different than when i first restored it to.

I've postponed the SOA until after the M&G. I don't think my axles are going to make it all the way through the weekend, so I'll swap it ALL when I get back.

When I get it done, we'll have to exchange notes on the axle wrap issues. I've been getting horror stories from the locals.
