who can tell me what's different!!!!

EDIT: ok lets try this:

My buddy has a vynal cutter. If anyone wants anything custom for their hood. Like "sahara" , or unlimited, or your screen name, let me know. I don't want to put how much they'd be because neither he or I are vendors, nor are we trying to make any $.

the "JK unlimited" sticker is my favorite. It's the EXACT same size as the stock X sticker :)

I was looking for differences, like the fact someone put an antenna where the trail rated badge should be on the passenger side!! :vbac476:

Shouldn't the U be in the front on both side to make it uniform.

:twak: :lmao:

Well with all those pictures I just noticed something, there's no hinge for the windshield. Not that I'm a fan of doing the effort to take mine down...but I wonder if it can even rotate, you think aftermarket will come out with a new windshield bracket with hinges?

And yes the UNLIMITED looks good.

The hinge is center mounted. The windshield and frame are curved a bit so the hinges like the TJ's have wouldn't work. Look at the 2nd to last picture, right between the wipers at the very base of the frame, that is the hinge to put the windshield down. Kinda goofy, I agree, but that is the way DCX did it.

it's not any harder than the TJ's to put down too. you pull those 2 plates, which by the way DCX now puts rubber washers under the torx so you don't have rock solid bolts stuck in your frame!!!!! and then just unbolt the sport cage part and it folds right down.

Sure nough, thanks guys. Part of me doesn't like a small hinge in the middle when this thing is offroading. But I'm sure DC knows what they're doing. They actually did a bunch of things right on this JK.

See, now somehow I knew that you would have taken the windshield down already. :17: I never put one down on a TJ, but it is just about the same as on a YJ so that I know is easy. Thanks for letting us know that it is easy and that DCX made it a little better than before.
