Here in Erie, PA on Tuesday the 13th, it was close to, if not over, 70 degrees so I decided it was a great idea to take the top down, and the doors off.
So here are the pics I took down at the peninsula. I parked it right by the Bay and yes, that is ICE on the bay and there were people out there ice fishing.

I love this Jeep, it was a blast to finally run without a top and doors again after being couped up in the XJ for so long.:17:

I here live in socal and it has been pushing low 80's for two weeks. So I took the top off on the first of march and dont plan on putting it back on untill it rains! :headbang: (If ever it will!) Oh and by the way the jeep looks great with no doors and top.

I must say it was easier than the top on the TJ I had, and worlds better than the YJ top too. I kinda like the way the doors bolt on too. The torx nuts on the bottom don't seem too bad, at least till they get all rusty and muddy lol.

Thanks for the compliments too!

JK's quicker than the TJ, same principle..

a couple minutes at the most...

I can't get used to that look. As someone else said, it looks like a stripped minivan.

I love the new 4-door JK. I think it's a great idea, and a great compromise for someone needing an off-road vehicle with more space. But honestly, with the doors and top off it just doesn't have that "jeep" look to it. In fact, I would be embarrassed to take the doors off a 4-door JK after seeing that pic.

No offense...you have a nice jeep and I'm jealous. I just can't get used to the look with that B pillar sticking out on the 4-door models.
