At and above 45 mph my top will start slapping the roll bar and sound bar.
DC does have a service billetin covering this issue (23-046-06 add foam padding to the top of the speaker bar). Is everyone having this problem?
Has anyone tried velcro, or any thing else?

I dont have any problems. then again, Its a jeep thing, its really not a problem
Most guys get the pool noodles and cut them down, and put them between the roll bar and top

this jeep is the first jeep i've ever owned that didn't slap. if all the windows are down and out sometimes a little slap but nothing compared to the cj's and yj's.

Eh, we all know that Jeep's aren't the most comfortable thing out there. My DD is a Saab, and that's the only reason I can tolerate the Jeep!

Get an unlimited, you would be surprised.
As to the OP, I haven't heard anyone say this about the 4 door, and your picture shows the 2dr without the sunrider I imagine. It might be the fact that the 4drs have the extra hardware to fold up that prevents it or something, but you might look into that. PVC thing should work, get the TSB done first though, because it is free.

Don't tempt me, my financial analyst already hates me enough because instead of one practical car, I have two rather expensive (for my income) cars, both of which are way more than I need.

But she just doesn't understand, I do need them!! I think I need a few more Jeeps, to be honest...

I dont have any issues on my 2 door....

then again. I'm very use to my TJ, and the YJ was just a pos to ride in., So the JK spoils me.

turn on the ac and make sure it's not on recirculate - any time i do this my jeep will pressurize and the windows bow out.

Check out the YJ forum...thread called Bestop soft top help or something like that. I'm going to add some foam.

if i roll down just the drivers window its bad. unzip the back window... and its heavenly. i do it every morning to work, 20 miles of interstate.
