88 Jeep Air filter Kit?

I have a 88 Wrangler with 6cyl 258. Carb. I get water in my air filter assembly. The problem is the air filter cover is one piece that goes from the air filter on the valve cover to my Carb. I want to know if there is some kit or some way to route so I can seperate it from the carb. Is there a air filter I can put directly on the carb to eliminate water going in. Help.... :x

Snorkel?

Snorkles only work for fuel injection. Plus i'm not talking about driving through water and getting water in. If I went out right now and drove around on the street and took of the air filter it would have some water in it.
