Clamped on the stearing tube is a thing that has little wheels on it .It looks like it holds a bottle, but a small bottle of wd40 hardly snaps into it.What could it be for.Just wondering.

Any idea what the flashlight looked like?Maybe I can find one to snap into it.

Looks like a big Mag light flashlight would fit nicely in there. You know the one that looks like a club.
