Well, military jeepers (MilitaryJeepers.com (http://www.militaryjeepers.com)) is not exactly a paid club and because of the nature of the U.S. Military, it is hard to pinpoint a location where the club should be located, but it is for U.S. Military Jeepers (Current servicemembers and Veterans) to stay connected.
This is a new idea and something that was thrown around at a wrenching party that we had at our local club which consists of quite a few military personnel.
The ultimate goal of the site is to give military jeepers a place to go and find jeepers in the area where they are assigned or will be assigned so that once they get to a new area they will have a heads up about local clubs, events, and maybe have someone to wrench with right away. This is not intended as replacement for message boards that they use, or jeep clubs they belong tool, but should be considered an additional resource.
As some may imagine, moving every few years makes it a little tough when you get to a new assignment and need some on-site help. Hopefully this site will help other fellow military personnel by giving them access to active duty, reserve, national guard and veterans that enjoy the same hobby / lifestyle that they do.
Thanks for letting me post this information. Many sites don't even have a location where I can post this club in their club directory because I cannot choose one single location.
