I have looked high and low, but I cannot find a Garvin Rack that fits over the top of a Tuffy cargo drawer. I saw these things in their magazine advertisements and drooled "Ooooh... I want one." Too bad, I can't find one. You see, it has to fit an XJ tuffy 12" drawer. I don't of know anybody else that makes even a similar product.

If it's an unreasonable price, I might not get one, but I can't find one to check the price. I emailed Garvin about their rack from their web page (and informed them of their "Dealers" broken links), over a week and no reply.

I think that someone is asleep at the wheel over there.

I would send another one. If that doesn't get it done flood them with email.

Well, my email from garvin came today. Seems that they have a trained monkey doing web-administration over there. I swear I heard a mechanical voice respond to my question. Not only are the same links broken, but they simply sent me a robot-voice response saying "the part number for the utility rack you are looking for is #34007, thank you for your interest.... blah blah blah blah.... it is available from our dealers."

The food pellet must not have dropped out of the machine for that one, 'cause their web-page monkey got that one wrong....

Out of all of their links (I typed the broken ones) none of their dealers carry that model.

I gave up. I'm just not going to get one now. But it's not because I can't find one now.... Now it's just out of spite.

I know, I can get pretty petty sometimes. :D f@#$ 'em.

I used to work for an ISP that when they had questions that they emailed us with. we had a list of already made responces that we would copy and past and then send back. Such a cheap way to support people.
