I found back up lights to be totally easy to take care of.
Just flushed the factory lights. Thanks Ueland.

Woa.....definatley didn't think of that. Hrm maybe I could try flushing the factory lights. Them LED's shizzles are $$$$$, finding a backup light and then a light for the license plate is becoming a PITA.

I mounted mine on the Warn tire carrier.

That is neat, I couldn't find a good rear shot to look closely. I see that you also re-located the license plate also. The end resutl looks amazing, just seems like a huge PITA. I am still in between whether or not to do the flush mount.

I went this way because I didn't want to pay for the LED's. That and at the time white LED's for backups were very hard to come by. That and I didn't want to deal with the whole flasher thing, and this way the only money I spent was on the hardware to hold them in. The first cut is the worst tho, after that, cake. If you want the directions or the steps I took, shoot me a pm and I can send you the way I did it.

Hello nitedog... and welcome!
I'm also from York... New Salem area. I usually hang out over at EarlyCJ5.com with the rest of the older iron.
You might see my rig around sometime, or for sure at the PA Jeeps show. I'll be sure to wave!

The license plate is only temporary. I'm fixin' to modify the tire carrier so I can mount radio antennas, third brake light, and the license plate. Not to mention a few other goodies.
