I have a '95 2.5L YJ. The bolts that secure the cooling fan on the engine look like they might be coming loose. One looks like the nut already flew off. Is there a bigger problem? Are these supposed to be torqued down or can I just tighten them with an adjustable wrench? Do I need to use Loc-tite or something?
