Today I started the restoration of my Hi Lift Jack.. The past few days have been fare enough for me to begin this task. I have updated some information relevant to the Hi Lift Jack as well as Paints and techniques used in attempting this project. Nothing major and I'll keep everyone interested in the post, updated in the days ahead.

The Hi Lift jack is almost complete. The restoration has been without any errors or issues.. The second coat was put on at about 3:30 pm this afternoon and now its another waiting game.
You can view my progress via the MSN Spaces Network.

Later I'll post some information for those of you who might be interested in The Hi Lift Jack restoration as well.. It would be to costly to have your jack sent to me for the restoration.. As it stands.. The total cost and time spent on restoring my Hi Lift jack is $45.00 for a weeks worth of work not including shipping.
However, I would be willing to restore anyone's Hi Lift jacks within the MD, VA and PA areas. for the said $45.00 asking price. Also you may want to consider thinking about altering the "standard" jack color. The oil based enamels can come in a verity of colors..
So if someone wanted their Hi Lift Jack to match their "Yellow" jeep, I'm willing to work on this for you.

Not only am I doing a restoration of my Hi Lift jack, I am also doing a review on a new social network I just discovered.. Seems Msn Spaces has out grown its usefulness and Thus I'm moving on.
I found that "Virb" is crisper, easier to navigate and cleaner looking. I'm still in the learning stages of the network.. But it shouldn't take me to long to master.
So check in to Virb (http://virb.com/) and Our JeepLife (http://virb.com/ourjeeplife) page today.
Beside the Virb's Url's is much easier to remember.

Yesterday evening I completed the Hi Lift jack Restoration, which I have been documenting on my site. Once again placing the Hi Lift Jack on the hood mount, offered a great deal of satisfaction knowing I did this.. and it wasn't a perfect or flawless attempted.
I'm struggling more these day than I have in the past. My arms and hands are not cooperating as they once did. I was unsure where to place this topic and figured that the "Product reviews" would suit my needs seeing how I have always had faith in Hi Lift Jack and other products I will write about from time to time.
So to get a general idea on the proses used and items needed to restore your Hi Lift Jack or any other part, Check into my site once in awhile.. Cause you may never know what I be writing about or displaying next.

He put a lot of time and effort, not to mention pride, into restoring his own Hi-Lift.
Good job, Wizard! :3:

Thank you for reading renegadestang. This was a major accomplishment for me.. Having some minor issue with my hands, arms and lower back.. I am very pleased of the results.
