I need a LF fender and hood. Anyone got a source for cheap replacements? Yes... I'm building a Liberty... SHHHH!!!! Build to be posted in a few months, not enough progress yet.

Welcome to the Libby crowd. Aside from Savage Jeep up in PA, I don't have a discount source (does our host do Libby body parts?).
:drive:
And the pics?

Not much to take pics of right now other than a pile of tubing, some box tubing for the frame, a SBC, and some cut up Liberty pieces. Tires ;) etc...

I should add that Savage discounts parts. That still doesn't make them cheap. Can you get ahold of a "parts libby"?
Considering the strength of the unibody on these things, they are a natural for a build-up, once you get past the front suspension... you going SFA?
Now that I think about it, there's a Rabbi in New Jersey selling body parts cheap. Mostly livers and spleens though.

Building a 2x4 frame. Basically all buggy with a libby clip and body panels. But I'm keeping it Libby width. Not cutting it down. I still want the Libby look without the downfalls of unibody and I can make my own frame to keep it low and support the Chevy and 700R4. Full width and 38s... But now I said too much.

Yes. Now the secret's out... and I'd vote 'kidney', call the rabbi.
Sounds like a neat project.
