Just curious here. Take one of those fuel injection high preasure guages and hook it up to my air tank so's I can tell how much air I got in the tank. I've got a dash full of 2 5/8s guages and I can't seem to find a 2 5/8s air preasure guage. :)

You might try going to a Peterbuilt/Kenworth dealership and getting a pressure gauge. I am a truck driver, big trucks have them on the dash board for brke air pressure. I would think they might be able to help you out if you talk to them about the application of the guage. or thay might be able to recommend something that would work.

Yeah, I used to drive back in the 70s but I was wanting to keep all the guages the same Mfg. 'Course my jeep is a junk yard dog anyway, it would be in keeping with his, uh, pedigree.

I know what you mean, I am still trying to find the time to start on mine. The restoration. Too much time on the road, and not enough in the shop!
How high does it need to go? Oil press usually goes to 100lbs. I don't see why fuel pressure wouldn't work, but I didn't know they had them available over 100. Check Summit & ask, I don't know which guages you have, but I see 0-200lb Autometer oil pressure guages listed.

The switch I have on it is set to turn off at 110#. I was just curious if it would work or not, I mean preasure is preasure right? (There I go thinkin again!!) Thanks for the replies!!!!
