Hey! Super new to this stuff and if it's beyond changing my oil you should write clearly and use small words. I have an 03 X and am picking away at ideas for upgrades. I had MX6 shocks put on last fall and just bought BDS 2" coils. (yet to be installed) The guys at the shop said no adjustments other than an alignment need to be made with this small a lift. Has anyone experienced problems with driveline etc. with this small a lift? Any input would be great.

Welcome!!! :raiseroo:

I wouldn't think you would have driveline issues...but your not really going to know until you get the springs in. Unfortunately no 2 Jeeps are the same, so what works for me doesn't always work for you. Keep us informed.

Thanks fellas. It could be awhile before they go on. Either squirrel away enought pennies for the pros to install or wait till I can't take it anymore and make a run at it myself with whatever backyard experts I can assemble.

Do it yourself. It's not that hard and you will learn more about your Jeep.

Lift kits are pretty easy to install, especially the 2'' kind. Your rig is a little newer than mine so you shouldnt have near as many problems with rusted out bolts. Doing the work yourself is the way to go. It makes the rig more yours. It does help to have a friend who knows his way around the toolbox (or the torch) in case you get hung up or have to borrow a tool or two. But it can be a real fun way to spend an afternoon. :3:
