plans for turkey day.

So I just bought a new house and my folks called my girlfriends folks and told them that turkey day should be at my place?????WTF I didn't even get a say in the matter. Here is the big kicker. Her parents are coming up wed night so her mom can get up early and cook the turkey. I like her folks and all but I've never been stuck with them for that long of time before. I'm going to buy beer and lots of it to make it thru those two days. Gotta love when your parents just decide something about you at your place with out asking????? :x

My turkey day sounds like it might be a little bit better. What I am most looking forward to is Wed night there is a party with a bunch of people from 4WDH and we're going to do some wheeling. And then Thurs, spending it with the fam. That's about it.

Ya see what if I had plans for wed night? I didn't but I was thinking off calling a few buddies and going to the bar or a poker night. Now thats out of the question. I like going to other peoples houses for turkey day cause you always have the excuse to leave to go to other families house or something like We have a long drive home.

O get this my mom just calls and tells me to pick her up for the AVS hockey game tonight. I have a 47 inch HDTV so she is always wanting to watch the hockey games at my place. :x

I wish it was a mobile home I could just move but it's attached to a concreat basement ya it's starnge isn't it. We build them that way up here. But I can under stand why you have a mobile home to fallow those sheep around.

I might go out for a run in the morning to work up a bigger appitite so I can eat more turkey. green rice sweet potato sufley veggies and mashpotatoes. and pie some apple cobler and pumpkin yum yum in the tum.
