Little more background info about me. I have about 12 yrs experience working on vehicles for a living (Pontiac/Mitsubishi). Was once ASE certified in engine repair, performance and have a bunch of GM and Mitsu certifications. Due to a back injury in 96 the docs told me I had to get out of turning wrenches if I wanted to keep walking. So in 2000 I moved on.

Just thought you would like to know.

i feel your pain. blew a disc twice in a two year period. painfull as all he11. but i didnt' listen to the doc. he told me no this and no that. i "invented" my own rehab routine and i haven't had a problem now in about 4 or 5 years. good luck and welcome to the board.
