Custom Avitars?

I see that many of you have avitars that are not in the library! I was just wondering if we could upload our own custom avitars? I'm getting good at making both jpg's in photoshop, and gifs w/ulead gif animator :D

I don't think anyone in here has an avatar that isn't in the galleries. If they do, I don't know how they got them.
