Need help on a 93 Grand Cherokee w/Chry 318

:drowning: having trouble identifying exactly what transmission is coupled to these early V8s its not an AW4.... if u'v got an extra trans in ur yard i could use one once i can determine what it is... also do u know what other applications use this trans configuration just to broden my quest to get this one back on the road!!! it lost all forward gears after making a normal right hand turn. with out any warning and with out any noise what so ever... it runs beautifully in reverse, but does not even try to move in any forward gears.... any body else had this problem??

the 4.0's are the only motor's that came with the aw4. your v8 most likely has a 46rh.
