Im not sure why u guys are showing people the old school way of posting pics.

I just did 5 pics on one post, the STUCK AGAIN thread i did a couple days ago.

The pics i posted were full sized 600x800 pics just downsized in quality with Photoshop.

Couldnt be any easier. If you have a camera, it probrably came with software that downsizes for u, it might be called EMAIL or WEB as an option.

If u want to do a test, download one of the pics i put up and attach it yourself.

For those of you who are even lazier here's another suggestion. If you are running Windows XP. Go to the microsoft site and look for "Power toys" one of them is a tool that'll allow you to right click on a picture and easily just select a resolution that you want. No extra programs or anything just pure point and click laziness...Beautiful isn't it.

So what "old school" way are you refering to?
The "How to post pictures" thread shows how to use both the img tag and by attaching photos using the attachment, which is what you used.

The img tag uses the server of where the image is stored, the attachment uses the 4wdh server. There may be a total # of attachments allowed per user, not sure about that.

edit: the thread did say only 1 attachment allowed, and initialy it was, but has now been updated.

The best thing about photoshop, is that it doesnt make the picture smaller, it makes the file size smaller, you can still post full screen pics at 39k and plenty sharp for viewing on a computer screen.

Unfortunately, not everyone has or uses Photoshop.
The board tries to address the needs of everyone...
Meanwhile, I seem to have specialized in making Photoshop files go over 500 mb*, so I kinda doubt anyone wants me to post them online.
