Hard Top

Is there some sort of installation kit for hard top installation on a 95 Wrangler. I've put in a few hours and cannot get the doors to fit tight to the body and misc other problems. Any help would be appreciated

bgill, full hard doors or half doors? Is it a factory hard top or an after-market? I just put my factory hard top back on for the winter.
