4 wheel high

I changed the fluid in the transfer case and now I cannot get into 4 wheel high. There was a clunking sound at time befor I changed the fluid which seems to be the gears jumping out of mesh. 4 wheel low seems ok. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? Thanks

YOu know I've herd about this same problem before it's been a while I would post this or split it and put it in the just jeepn section. there could be more people that might have had this problem or might have heard of a fix for this.
