Change skins?

Ok so I must be uber retarded, but I can't find where to change the skins. I know at least we used to be able to change between a couple different skins, and I was pretty sure this was still the case. I can't find where though, Any help would be appreciated.

Specialblend I just went thru the whole UserCP to find it and no luck. Guess there is no control for that. That is one of those things that makes you say...Hmmmm.

I'm sure they are in the works, just kinda on the back burner right now.

Wow, drain the brain on this one. If I remember right Magoo said something to this when the board first got up and running. I think she decided to leave it like this for now and if everyone wanted she would set up the options.
But then again I could be mistaken, it was a long time ago.

Yeah I must have missed that. It's not a big deal I just like to change it up every so often. I've been on the ROF forum for a couple days and the dark blues are a little bit easier on the eyes for some reason. Not a big deal I just was quite stumped when I thought that I could change them.
