SYE or Long Yoke

I'm putting a 6" lift on my XJ and i figured i would need to start looking around for a SYE. But before i did i was looking at www.rustysoffroad.com and they sell a long travel yoke for $60. Now I still haven't checked any prices for an SYE but if anyone had any sugggestions or experiences with a long yoke I could use a little help

Don't have any experience with the long yoke, but I do have experience breaking the 231. I've seen the yokes break with some regularity, and the stock 231 output shaft breaks where it necks down for the speedometer splines. ( just broke 1 there on my TJ a couple mos. ago, had an AA/Tom Woods HD SYE and driveshaft, just didn't get around to putting it in my DD)
