:wtf:
I do a search to try to find some information.
I don't get what I am lookin gfor, so I try another search. :denied:
Have to wait.
What the heck, a penalty for using search?
Makes me really want to try to search for stuff.
I not sure where I am supposed to post this.
I would seach but them I would have to wait again until I could do the search I originally wanted.

i just did 5 back to back searches with no problems. What kind of "Wait" is it? Is it telling you have to wait a day, minutes or what? Give me a little more info so we can look into it.
Thanks
Steve

It told me I had to wait 60 seconds.
Here is the exact message copied.
"This forum requires that you wait 60 seconds before submitting another search. You have 46 seconds to wait before another search will be allowed."

I think that's just a board default so we don't run into a search problem like JU has. I can lower the time limit to like 30 seconds or so.

That would be nice. It seemed that I kept getting hit. I would do a search, then another, wham you have 30 more seconds. Wait, do something else, then I had to search for something. Then I had to wait until I got the other search going. Pretty soon I was backed up in searches.
I think 30 seconds would be a bit better as I was most often in that range.

Ok I changed it to 30 seconds. Should be good to go from now on.

Thanks.
Is there a way to put a technical referance section in here? I was originally looking for a write up 85_wally or something like that did on the webber carb and nutter bypass and vacuum hookup. I finally found it but the pics are no longer hosted and the writeup is almost lost.
I just thought it would be good to have a spot where we could have these things. I don't know how you would do it logisticly. I mean the different breakdowns for the different models. Maybe a sub group with just tech specs.
I would post some up also, but really isn't much good when it just gets lost in with all of the other posts.

We had started something like this before the crash but have not gotten around to doing it again yet.

Yeah I need to add the tech forum back. I think we had it before, you submit your tech writeup to one of the mods and they post it for you, if they find it filled with useful knowledge that would actually help out another user.
