You really need to go to the forums at www.earlycj5.com where there is alot more traffic specific to your rig.

The guys there specialize in Jeeps like yours, CJ5s from 1955 through 1975.

In answer to your questions...
the '67 windshield hinge has two parts. One part mounts to the cowl and is easily removeable. The upper part is mounted up into the windshield frame. It is removeable but not easily... these are hard to find. You can put on the completely external windshield hinge found on '76/up CJs, but it probably won't hold your windshield in the correct position.

You can probably find the correct items for your '67 over at ECJ5.

As for the pitman arm...
...it depends on if your '67 was converted to Saginaw steering or if it retains the crappy Ross steering. If Saginaw, manual or power...

4" is a pretty big lift for a '67... most of us go with a 2.5" lift and a 1-2" body lift, to run 33s... although 4" is do-able it introduces stability and driveline issues that need to be addressed.
Again, check out the ECJ5 board for more discussion/advice on these topics, as well as tech write ups that may interest you. Once you register, you can access the For Sale/Wanted boards...

See you there!
