the thing drifts at high way speed, there is alot of stuff worn in the front end. Electrical is shot, when the tape deck was on, the lights would go out...and when the deck was off, the lights would work...but then they stoped working...and the rear brakes are not in top working order.....I can deal with everything except the electrical without a problem (Im not the best with electrical systems) any one had these problems? (oh yeah, the previous owner put in his own dash board lights and a tack, im not sure about the deck..)

a 1989 jeep cherokee...Im sure its not a pioneer, loredo, sport, or a Limited, it has a 4L 6cyl engine 4 door..the only problem I have found so far for the engine and drive train would be that the engine leaks to much oil for my liking, I had it running for about 2 minutes, and there was a small pool underneath (about 6" wide) the parking brake doesnt work (it started to roll down the driveway when i took it out of gear) rear brakes are gone... front suspention, rear springs are geting close to needing replacement...and thats all I can remember..other than I have never seen more discusting brake fluid in a car before..

Ouch, sounds like a lot of work, or in my eyes......a hardcore trail rig. Chop off the doors, most of the fender wells, add a 3" lift, some 33's, lock it, and beat it till it dies.
If you dont mind...how much did you pay for it?

actualy I payed nothing for it. I owned a pontiac sunburst before, which sucked, then my brother crashed his car, and he needed one, and the only good answer was give him mine, so I said to my parients "buy me what i want, and what I want is a cherokee" so thats what I got. my dad payed 2700$ (canadian) for it. right now Im keeping it stock from bumper to bumper, except for maybe some iterior stuff, mainly because I dont have the money for it(Im a hard core mountian biker, and that takes what little money I have), I have the biggest tires I could shove under it..
