CD player Skips

I have a 10 disc cd changer that skips in my jeep. Anyone have any ideas on mounting it so it won't skip as much. Mine is mounte on the floor under the passenger seat? :evil:

Is it isolated in any bushings or suspension?? If not try to mount it in rubber or something to isolate it from shocks.

this may seem like the easy way out, but this is how my brother did it in his car...he wraped it in foam. Like foam that you sleep on when camping (if you sleep on foam) get some that is really soft and thick, its cheap, simple, and should dampen the vibrations enough..

Believe it or not I replaced my shocks this weekend and it hasn't skipped yet! :D
