  • New problem

I have never experienced nor heard of this one. The last 3 times I started my engine, after about 1 min. of running, fuel began to leak from the bottom of the charcoal canister. One time it leaked about a quart of gas. Double checked all of my hose routes to and from it - they are per manual and labels. So I disconnected the hose to the carb. bowl and the problem went away. I am wondering if I have a problem in the carb (Holley equiv. to MC2100) with the bowl overfilling? My rollover check valve is rotted out and there is no connection between the hose that runs to it and the liquid check valve, so it is definitely not coming from the tank.
