  • windshield washer bottle

I never usually need to use wipers cos I live in the desert but dust is building up on my windshield so I am trying to fix the washer bottle.... I repaired a crack with epoxy and then put it back in, connected wires + pipes.

It used to all work, but now it does nothing! I want to avoid wasting lots of time, so does anyone have any ideas? Electrical contacts are clean.... could there be air in the rubber pipes?? (tried "search" already...)

Could be dust or gunk stuck in the jets. Try to blow through the lines. If you can blow air through them, then it's either electrical or mecahanical. Then it's time to break out the test-light.

      I know the feeling

Well I have the same problem, I hooked up some wires to the pump and touched the battey posts and it worked, found out my steering column has some rust in it from going topless, I could just micky mouse a switch, but I'm saving for a new column with tilt and stopping at gas stations to clean the bugs off. Good luck
