    Gez sounds good to me
The work stations I got from Dell were about 800

Sounds pretty decent to me. How fast is the hard drive (spindle speed) and what video card does it have? Those are the only two possible "weak" spots I see, but at that price, it's hard to beat!
It's also hard to tell anything about the processor by its "Pentium" label, as there are so many versions of it out there.
But this reads like a very nice deal.

And a flaming mb stinks, don't it?!?

        HD is 7200rpm

And the P4:Pentium4 630 (P) HT 3.0 GHz 800 MHz Front side bus

The video card is Integrated with 64mb memory. I was wasn't too concerned about this, I dont play games, and the 64mb works for the graphics and video I do.

Sounds like you got a great deal then. That hard drive is fast enough (sometimes you run into the cheaper systems using the 5400 rpm drives), and make certain you have the Hyperthreading turned on... you'll do fine.
