I have a 87 yj with a 4" lift and 33" tires and i am running stock 3.07 gears. what should i go to???

It cranks but wont turn over.. its a 2.5L. i Have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, ignition coil and the starter. i have checked all fuses and still nothing. Im open to all suggestions!!

Having intermittent starting issues with my 91 YJ. Battery and all cables seem to be tight and in good shape. Sometimes it just clicks when you turn the key. The starter is new. It would seem that when you wiggle the steering wheel it fixes the problems. Any ideas? Thanks
